Three levels, built for space and light

Villa Sol y Viento holds an AA energy certification and is the first “Passive House” on the Costa del Sol, which keeps the inside naturally comfortable year-round. The villa is ideally located too: the supermarket is 4 minutes away, Mijas Pueblo is 8 minutes away, the beach is reachable within 8 minutes, and Málaga Airport is just 15 minutes by car.

Top floor

Three bedrooms, each opening onto a private balcony. One has an ensuite bathroom; the other two share a bathroom in the hallway.

Ground floor

One bedroom with its own bathroom, plus a generously sized kitchen and living room that open directly onto the terrace with the heated saltwater pool — which can be safely enclosed for children. The covered and open terraces offer plenty of room to relax, with breathtaking sea and mountain views. On this level you'll also find the pool table.

Lower level

Two bedrooms and two fully equipped studios, each with its own kitchen; one studio has an ensuite bathroom. The terrace on this floor holds the jacuzzi, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The garage is large enough for two cars and also holds the table tennis table and a cross-trainer.
