The villa holds an AA energy certification and is the first “Passive House” on the Costa del Sol, keeping the inside comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter. It's ideally located too: the supermarket is 3 minutes away, the charming village of Mijas Pueblo is 8 minutes away, the beach is reachable within 8 minutes, and Málaga Airport is just 15 minutes by car.
